Valentines cookies
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Mix very well together butter and sugar In a large bowl. Beat in egg, almond extract, vanilla and mix well.
Mix together flour,cream of tartar, baking soda and blend into the butter mixture. Divide it and make into balls.
Roll out dough into 2 sm with the smallest amout of flour. Shape the hearts from reeady forms.
Place each piece separately.Bake in 170 degrees C oven for 10 minutes
Use your imagination to decorate

Sweet valentines cookies
2 packets of tea biscuites
6t.s.sugar
250g butter
Grind the biscuites.Mix butter and sugar to cream and add it to the biscuites fluor and knead it.With the smallest ready forms cut the swees.Pour a drop of melted chocolate on each one and leave in refrigeration to cool.
Sweet cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
6 cups fluor
2 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp favourite flavour extract
1 tsp salt
Mix the butter and sugar till it becomes light. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Mix the fluor, baking soda,salt and flavour extract.Prepare separate dough and put in refrigerator for 1,5 hours.
Roll it to 1sm and cut into heart shapes. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 200C /20 min minutes
Butter Cookies
3 eggs
2 cups softened butter
2 cups sugar
1 t.orange extract
6 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Optional: red tinted sugar or sprinkles.
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Mix the flour and baking powder and gradually add to the mixture; mix well. Use a different - shape cookie press to shape cookies. Bake for 20 min in preheated oven 200C. You may decorate with sugar or sprinkles.
Raspberry cookies
2 eggs,
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 ts salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 ts vanilla
1 ts milk
1 c sugar
Raspberry preserves
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, milk, and sifted ingredientsand mix very well.
Roll out on a floured surface and cut with heart-shaped cookis forms. Bake 20 min/200C. Cool for 20 minutes
Spread raspberry preserves on each cookie .
