Drunken strawberries
500g strawberries
1 glass red dry wine
200g sugar
100g brandy
1 t.s. farina
sweet cream
Add tha suger to 150 ml wine for 5 min.and add the brandy.The rest wine mix with the farina and pour it out to the strawberries.It is very easy and takes only 15 min.
Chocolate hearts
You need:
Plastic heart-shaped candy mold
not pleated sandwich bags
different colored candy melts
How to make it:
Put the candy melts into the plastic bag.
Microwave for 30-40 seconds until melted.
Cut one corner of the bag
Be careful:The bag may be hot
Squeeze chocolate out of bag and into the molds.
Place in refrigerator for 1h.
Use you fantasy to decorate
Chocolate strawberries
1kg strawberries
1 t.s.sugar
2 milk chocolates
Melt the chocolates.Choose the besh shaped strawberries.Submerge each one to the middle into the melted chocolate .Cool for 1 hour
Valentine cake
250g yoghurt
2 t.s baking soda
200g sugar
2 eggs
400g fluor
2 vanilas
4t.s cocoa
100g vegetable oil
for glaze
125g butter
2t.s baking soda
2t.s water
5 t.s.cocoa
2 t.s sugar
Mix the eggs with the sugar,baking soda and yoghurt,vegetable oil and the fluor,cocoa and vanilas.Blend everything.Bake it 40 min/180C.
For the glaze
Melt the butter,add water,sugar,cocoa.Mix it up.Make funny shapes on your cake.
Strawberry mousse
450g ripe strawberries
300g silken tofu
grated zest of 1 orange
reserve 4 strawberries for decoration.
Roughly chop the rest and place in a blender
or food processor with the tofu and orange zest.
Blend until smooth.Spoon into glass dishes,
decorate with the reserved strawberries and chill in the fridge
Valentines Fudge
1/4 c.butter
2-1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 c. marshmallow cream
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, milk, butter and salt.Boil over medium heat and stir constantly.
Remove the mixture and add marshmallow cream,chopped nuts,
semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour into buttered pan and chill.
Cake
4 eggs
1t.c.sugar
50g vegetable oil
1 t.c.milk1t.c fluor
1 vanilla
3s.s cocoa

Mix the eggs with the sugar,add milk,vegetable oil,vanilla and half of the fluor.Mix the rest of fluor with baking soda and add it when the mixture is ready.Pour half of it in cake form.In the other half add cocoa and write with it your partners name.Bake it 45 min/180C
Peppermint crescents
2 cups flour
2/3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoons peppermint exract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 chocolate
Beat butter with mixer until creamy.
Add and beat well. -2/3 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp extract and salt
Gradually add flour, beating until blended.
Divide dough into 4 portions; divde each portion into 9 pieces.
Roll each piece into a 2 inch log and curve the ends to form a crescent shape.
Place carefully on lightly oiled baking sheets.
Bake at 200C until they are lightly browned.
Carefully roll the cookies in powdered sugar.
Cool completely
Melt the chocolate .Put in the middle and stick 2 cookies together
